Whole-House Interior and Exterior Painting in St. Louis Park
A little St. Louis Park bungalow that got the full treatment — every interior wall and ceiling, plus the whole exterior. The house was empty while we worked, which is the easiest version of this job and lets you move fast without covering furniture in every room.

Outside, the siding went to a soft yellow-green with white trim and a white door. On a small house, trim color is doing more work than people expect: crisp white around the windows is what keeps a single-story bungalow from reading as a flat box from the street.
Inside, one warm grey carries through every room with white ceilings and trim, and that consistency is deliberate on a house this size. Switching colors room to room in a small footprint chops it up and makes it feel smaller; one continuous color lets the sightlines run and the daylight carry from the front windows all the way back.
The basement got painted too — walls and the exposed ceiling above. It is unglamorous work and it is the single cheapest thing you can do to make a rough basement feel like usable square footage instead of storage.
To be straight about what is ours in these photos: the kitchen and bathroom had also been updated, and the cabinets, tile and fixtures you can see are not our work. We handled the paint — walls, ceilings, trim, doors and the entire exterior.
